Brian Coleman, hip hop historian and author, will be interviewing activist, writer, and hip hop mastermind Boots Riley of The Coup at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR, Wednesday, April 15th at 7 pm. “Taking Over: The Life and Times of Boots Riley of The Coup” will take place at Frohnmayer Music Building, 178, and is co-sponsored by the Oregon Humanities Center’s Endowment for Public Outreach in the Arts, Sciences, and Humanities.
