San Francisco, don’t miss your chance to see Roger Gastman’s outstanding “Wall Writers” documentary at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts next month. The film will be showing Friday, February 26 at 7:30 pm, and Saturday, February 27 at 4:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for regular tickets, $8 for YBCA Members, seniors, students, and teachers. Roger Gastman has compiled the ultimate history of the early graffiti scene in “Wall Writers: Graffiti in its Innocence.” The ambitious project consists of a documentary narrated by the incomparable John Waters, and a book with over 350 pages featuring over 800 images including archival photographs, news clippings, vintage advertisements, personal photos, and interviews with early graffiti luminaries such as TAKI 183 and CORNBREAD.
